Do Octopi have a penchant for stealing guns off other octopi and also their arms when they're bored with their own!!!

is there just one octopus in question? more?
Does he live in the sea? in an aquarium?
Is some sort of test being carried out on the octopus?

Others = people? other octopi? are the others of the same type?
