Would the Pub name in itself have caused the issue? (eg "Where's Your Pimple")
Or was it the Pub name in conjunction with the rest of her request? (eg "How do you get to "The Queens Legs"

Or was it the Pub name in conjunction with the rest of her request? (eg "How do you get to "The Queens Legs" much more this sort of thing

Is the pub famous? there are a few pubs with this name in London, and others elsewhere in England. None is particularly famous as such.

Does the name contain the word "Arms"? "Crown?"

Does the pub name share the same title of another area/place/building/structure? if so, famous?

Is the "structure" the same thing as the "object"?

Is the geographical location a location in London?

Is the "structure" the same thing as the "object"? the name of the pub contains two nouns. One of them is a very vague "structure", though it would help far more to think of it as a "geographical location..."

Is the geographical location a location in London? ...which is not in London

Last guess: Cross Keys? not this. No need to guess - you can find out about a "structure" that is also a "geographical location" easily enough - remembering that these are not precise terms :)
