Oh no! A puzzle on my all time favorite game series ans I seem to have missed it! - Can't really remember MI1 Then try number two my good man, Guybrush visits this place in that delightful game. In MI4 Herman Toothrot gets his memory back, is there a relevant detail in what he says to Guybrush when his memory returns? Are any of the notes around the island left by Herman relevant? a calender? No, sad to say I have yet to play MI4, so MI4 is very sadly irrel |

are any of Herman's mind boggling ramblings or his silly questions about trees relevant? Is his sense of isolation from being marooned relevant? |

no, and the fact he doesn't wear pants is also not relevant - I hadn't even noticed that! yup, as mentioned in MI1: Guybrush: Where are your pants? Herman: What pants? Also, I believe one of the cannibals refers to him as a "pantless weirdo." Could we have a recap please!? Coming up...sometime later.... ;) |

Herman: What pants? Also, I believe one of the cannibals refers to him as a "pantless weirdo." Oh I see, In Britain we call pants trousers and pants are underwear, hence the confusion. I don't think LucasArts would have been able to get away with having Herman running around half starkers - A concept I'm sure we are all greatful for! |

RECAP This is small detail is in regards to something mentioned by Herman Toothroot in MI1 and carried over to MI2. It regards Guybrush, a public place and something that has a quasi-tangible existence. The only items relevant in regard to Herman is his backstory of being marooned for so many years and something he did before his misfortune. |

"Herman: What pants?" I seem to recall that Herman had neither pants or trousers on, but thankfully he was wearing a pair of boxer shorts |

So, I've been haunting the used-software shops hoping to find a copy of this game, simply because it sounds so goofy/fun. But no luck. The possession: tangible but with an intangible aspect, and it isn't exactly a possession. Have I got that right? So, is it something that he loses? and finds? again? Loses and finds repeatedly? Loses but doesn't find? Has? or finds? but is keeping for someone else? (So he has it, but it isn't his?) |

So, I've been haunting the used-software shops hoping to find a copy of this game, simply because it sounds so goofy/fun. But no luck. Too bad, hope you find it sometime! There are also places to download it on the Internet, but by all means I would encourage you to buy it if you see it. The possession: tangible but with an intangible aspect, and it isn't exactly a possession. Have I got that right? yes, for Herman's possession, what Guybrush has in MI2 is very tangible So, is it something that he loses? and finds? again? Loses and finds repeatedly? Loses but doesn't find? Has? or finds? but is keeping for someone else? (So he has it, but it isn't his?) sorry, none of these |
