He should have read the warning a bit more seriously |

Did he try to heed the warning, but not succeed because he hadn't read the warning sufficiently seriously? Or did he not bother trying to heed it for the same reason? Did he just sort of skim the warning? Or read it carefully, but decide that it was a joke? exaggeration? Was the warning on a product? In a place? In the newspaper or similar? Was he killed? Injured? |

Did he try to heed the warning, but not succeed because he hadn't read the warning sufficiently seriously? No, this isnt it Or did he not bother trying to heed it for the same reason? Nor is this Did he just sort of skim the warning? Or read it carefully, but decide that it was a joke? exaggeration? Maybe a better puzzle statement would be "He should have taken the warning a bit more seriously" Was the warning on a product? YesIn a place? Well, Is a product also a place? In the newspaper or similar? Quite probably, these too Was he killed? Injured? This one |

Did he combine medication that he shouldn't have?No Was the product electronic? Not at all Is it a household product? I wouldn't call it a household product, but some households might have it Can anybody obtain the product? In some countries, I guess everyone has access. In most others, there are certain restrictions |

In the Us, is the product easy to obtain? Was the warning in a language he couldn't fully understand,if at all, so thus did not pay much attension too? Did the mis-use of the product directly kill him? Did he die? Was he just injured? Was there some reaon where he couldn't understand the warning? Did he drink and drive? |

In the Us, is the product easy to obtain? Relatively easy, as long as you fulfil the eligible conditions Was the warning in a language he couldn't fully understand,if at all, so thus did not pay much attension too? The warning certainly is in a language he can read. It would be right to say that most people who use the product dont seem to take the warning seriously Did the mis-use of the product directly kill him? No. There was no misuse of the product. And there is a FA in there. See below Did he die? There goes the FA. No Was he just injured? Yes Was there some reaon where he couldn't understand the warning? No Did he drink and drive? No. Though this is not that very far from the right forest |

Im new so what exactly is an "FA" Is it relevant: Who exactly he is? What his occupation is? Age? Where he lives? So he did not misuse the product but it he was injured because he did not heed a warning right? Did someone else injure him? Someone he knows? Does he have any conditions that would make him more subject to be injured than someone without that condition? |

Is one of the conditions of eligibility obtaining a prescription? Did the warning involve using machinery or the like? |

Im new so what exactly is an "FA" FA=False Assumption. Not to worry, you already had it sorted out in your next question. The FA was that he was killed! Is it relevant: Who exactly he is? No What his occupation is? No Age? No Where he lives? No So he did not misuse the product but it he was injured because he did not heed a warning right? Ummmmm....No, not really that. You could say its just a case of a regular warning coming true in the most unexpected manner Did someone else injure him? NoSomeone he knows? Does he have any conditions that would make him more subject to be injured than someone without that condition? You could say that, yes. Meaning, if he didnt have the particular "condition" its very unlikely that he would have been injured |
