Is the idea *to* get arrested? in trouble? Not at all.

DUI's relevant? I don't know which meaning of DUI you think of (probably drunk driving?), but I don't think anyone can be relevant here. Sorry.

Does it have to be a mobile phone? because the caller is in a place where no other phone is available? Is the caller in prison?
Does the puzzle statement mean that the caller gets a free beer after calling home? a "free beer" in the usual sense, that is, a beer for which he does not have to pay? relevant who pays the beer?
Is the phone number associated with WIIBROE (=9442763) relevant? or the phone number associated with HOME (=4663)?

Does it have to be a mobile phone? Yes, and this is a real story - where it was an actual cell phone. because the caller is in a place where no other phone is available? No Is the caller in prison? No, let the prisoners loose. No prison involved in any way - that's very OTWT.

Does the puzzle statement mean that the caller gets a free beer after calling home? Not really, but OTRT. a "free beer" in the usual sense, that is, a beer for which he does not have to pay? Yes, though the puzzle statement doesn't say "a free beer". relevant who pays the beer? Yes

Is the phone number associated with WIIBROE (=9442763) relevant? or the phone number associated with HOME (=4663)? Neither, but the title is relevant (though not needed for solving the rest of the puzzle).

Is the quantity of free beer specified? (one free beer? one each day? free beer for one year? for someone's lifetime?)
Is the person who pays for the beer a relative of the caller? a friend of him? is it you? is it a relative of you? a friend of you?
Will the government pay for the beer? the brewery?
Is the free beer a compensation for something?
Is the phone call made from indoors? outdoors? from a car? from some other vehicle?
Does the caller know that he/she will get free beer?
Advertisements relevant?
home = the home place of the caller? home city? home region? home country? your home place? home city? home region? home country?
Is "home" a place? a person? an institution? (the Home Department?) something completely different?
The Kingdom of Tonga relevant?

Is the quantity of free beer specified? No, nothing was actually specified at all. But it happened to be a six-pack of beer. (one free beer? one each day? free beer for one year? for someone's lifetime?)

Is the person who pays for the beer a relative of the caller? a friend of him? is it you? is it a relative of you? a friend of you? None of these, sorry.

Will the government pay for the beer? the brewery? Neither

Is the free beer a compensation for something? Not really a compensation, but...

Is the phone call made from indoors? This, but not really relevant.outdoors? from a car? from some other vehicle?

Does the caller know that he/she will get free beer? No, but...
Advertisements relevant? No

home = the home place of the caller? home city? home region? home country? your home place? home city? home region? home country? Neither, though "home" is in "my" city.

Is "home" a place? Yes, I would guess. a person? an institution? (the Home Department?) something completely different?

The Kingdom of Tonga relevant? No, and Denmark is only slightly relevant.

Wiibroe (the beer) relevant? Or just in that it is a beer brand?
To pick up an earlier thought, is the puzzle statement a reminder? A mental note?
Is the beer intended for you? (Or the subject of the puzzle - the caller) For the caller to bring to someone else?
Does anyone pay for the beer?

Wiibroe (the beer) relevant? Relevant sofar that it was that beer brand - this is very much inspired by a true "story". It's not gonna help you get any further with the puzzle, though. Or just in that it is a beer brand?

To pick up an earlier thought, is the puzzle statement a reminder? A mental note? This is OTRT, it's...

Is the beer intended for you? (Or the subject of the puzzle - the caller) Yes, you could say so - I'm "the caller". We are though "juggling" a bit with past and present tense, that may be a bit misleading... For the caller to bring to someone else?

Does anyone pay for the beer? Someone has already paid for it. There's no such thing as free beer.

Is the puzzle statement just a thought? Is it relevant how the beer will be served? or how it is stored?

Is the puzzle statement just a thought? Good question. Yes, you can call it a reflection. Is it relevant how the beer will be served? Not how it's served, but... or how it is stored No

Is anything about the beer relevant that can be measured (in physical means)? e.g. amount? temperature?

Is anything about the beer relevant that can be measured (in physical means)? e.g. amount? temperature? No, the only thing relevant about the beer is that it is free.

"Is it relevant how the beer will be served?" "Not how it's served, but..."

...How it is drunk?
...How it is poured?
...How it is bought? Borrowed? Stolen? Received?
...How it is presented?
...How it is delivered?
...What it is contained within?
...Where it is served?
...Where it is drunk?

Is it drunk? Is it served? Has it spilled? Otherwise gone away? Was it ever there?

There was a tense issue earlier.. does the statement occur after the free beer is had?

Is it drunk? Now and then... Is it served? Has it spilled? Otherwise gone away? Was it ever there? Yes

There was a tense issue earlier.. does the statement occur after the free beer is had? Yes, the puzzle statement is an afterthought.
