Fall. Shattered into 1000 pieces. The sky is broken. Water is everywhere. |

Welcome, veggie! Any humans involved? Any animals? Was an object shattered into a thousand pieces? If so, was it made of glass? Plastic? Is it raining? |

Any humans involved? in a way, yes. Can't say specifically at the moment however. There is a human other than whoever dropped it. Any animals? Nope. Was an object shattered into a thousand pieces? Yes. If so, was it made of glass? Plastic? Is it raining? No to all. |

Did the object hold the water? Is the water- from a tap? From an ocean? Some other body of water? Bottled water? Relevent? Relevent where we are (in a room, outside, etc)? Geographic location relevent? Got to go for now. |

Did the object hold the water? Uhh...it's more like water was a part of the object rather than the object holding the water. Is the water- from a tap? From an ocean? Some other body of water? Bottled water? Relevent? Irrelevant Relevent where we are (in a room, outside, etc)? Geographic location relevent? Irrelevant |

Does sky refer to the literal sky? Does broken mean something is physically broken? Can the event be described as an accident? |

Does sky refer to the literal sky? Good question! It is a sky but not literally "the sky". Does broken mean something is physically broken? Yes though broken probably isn't the exact word to be used necessarily. Can the event be described as an accident? Whether it was an accident or not really isn't all that relevant. |

Is this some sort of game? Will the normal reaction to this incident be one of - surprise? - panic? - shock? - nothing, because this is expected to happen all the time? |

Is this some sort of game? In a way. People do this for fun. Will the normal reaction to this incident be one of - surprise? Surprised that they were clumsy enough to drop it, yes. - panic? Not unless you were dropping off a building or something with it :P - shock? It isn't anything traumatic but you'd be upset. - nothing, because this is expected to happen all the time? People are careful because they know it very well could happen. |

Throwing balloons filled with water at each other? Was someone supposed to catch the object before it fell? |

Throwing balloons filled with water at each other? Was someone supposed to catch the object before it fell? No and No, there was really no way to catch it once it fell. The second it slipped, it was already too late, even before hitting the ground. |
Veggie-Trunks (Veggie_Trunks)
| | Posted on Saturday, July 09, 2005 - 12:27 am: | |
To add to the last one, it could have been caught if it was contained in a particular item. Try not to think to much about that part though, it's sort of irrelevant. |

Was this some sort of balancing act? Are the objects made of - wood? - clay? - rubber? - metal? - fabric? - something else? No to all. For a slight hint, this isn't really something people would watch you doing but they might join in doing with you. It's not nearly as fun to watch cause it takes a while. |

You said no to something else. Which means the object is not made of anything?? Let me see if I got this right - There is an object that we are concerned with? Which has water in it/ is made of water among other things? This object fell down and broke into pieces? Is the object imaginary? On a TV screen? Is it tangible? There is one human involved? |

You said no to something else. Which means the object is not made of anything?? I'm sorry, I meant to say yes to that. Let me see if I got this right - There is an object that we are concerned with? Many objects. Many many. Which has water in it? No. is made of water among other things? Yes. This object fell down and broke into pieces? Yes. Is the object imaginary? On a TV screen? Is it tangible? No, no, and yes. There is one human involved? Two. The one who dropped it and then there is another one but I can't really tell you how they are related. And no Lawrence, sorry |

Is it solid? Liquid? Combination? Is it something you can buy from a shop? Is it usually found in a house? Office? Is it edible? Is it made of organic substances? |

It is solid, but has water, that is not ice? Do we add water to it? Is it possible to buy one of these things? Or is usually sold in 1000s? Would you call it expensive? |

It is solid, but has water, that is not ice? Yes. Again, the water is the key. Once you figure out what's up with it, you figure out the whole thing. Do we add water to it? Adding water to this would actually completely ruin it. Is it possible to buy one of these things? No, but even if you could, that would be a very unwise decision. Or is usually sold in 1000s? There are different types and one of those types come in 1000 pieces but you buy them all together, not seperately. Would you call it expensive. Probably the really rare ones. |

So did the water at the end of the puzzle come from the object when it was bought from the store? If so, was the water in liquid form? Are we talking about water as we know it - molecules of H20? |

No to all. Okay a long shot: Is this a painting-jigsaw-puzzle of, say, Monet's "Sunrise: An Impressionism"? No but you've basically solved it!!! ---------------------------------------------------- SPOILER!!! Okay, I have a 1000 piece puzzle of the game Final Fantasy X with the character Tidus on it. It is the picture of him that's on the cover with him in water and, of course, the sky is above him. If I were to be carrying this like on a poster board or something after it was completed and dropped it, it would "Fall into a thousand pieces." The sky would be broken and the water would be everywhere. Get it? Get it? Sorry, that's a little lame, lol :P |

This puzzle wasn't 'lame' at all, but rather creative (in my humble opinion). Definitely took some probing q's, and it didn't take 50 questions to establish and identify 3 or 4 "its" or "they"s or "them"s from the puzzle, just a straightforward set up that allows people to get right to work solving. |
