I made a mistake when I said yes to the accident what I meant is that the other sister wanted the other sister's death to look natural.

The muderered sister: child? teenager? adult?
the other sister: child? teenager? adult?
To confirm: one sister murdered the other? and later died herself?
is it relevant exactly how the murder was committed?
and how did the other sister die:
execution?
suicide?
accident?
natural causes?
supernatural causes?
another murder?
natural disaster?
act of war?

Is this based on a movie? They have obviously made a movie with this theme, haven't they?
So what do we need to figure out from here - how exactly one plotted to kill the other etc.?

this isn't a yes or no question but I'll direct you in the right direction the funeral, find out the dying sister's wish and you'll soon figure out how the evil sister died. And how the evil sister didn't go through the wish because she wanted it.

Let me try to clear up some confusion

Which sister dies first? Evil or good? Is this death due to natural causes? Suicide? Accident? Murder?
And does this sister (who died first) have a last wish?

So does the good, dying, sister tell her evil sister about her love for our hero at her deathbed? And the evil sister murders her because she loves our hero too?
Has any of the sisters expressed her love to OH? If so, who?
And as usual, OH is a hopeless drug-addict, good-for-nothing, rowdy cassanova :)?

Was the good sister's dying wish to let her husband know of something? Did she ask evil sis to inform him of it?
Is their child relevant?
How did the evil sis die - was it murder? accident? natural causes? suicide?

Okay, so the evil sis, after she murders the good one, walks out and gets run over by a. And that takes care of her?
Now, the wish. Does the wish involve OH? The evil sis? A thing? Someone else? Is it the wish that made evil sis kill good sis? Or was it just long-standing jealousy?

So the wish involves a thing. Is it something particularly dear to good sis (GS)? Is it made of metal? plastic? wood? stone? Did the bad sis (BS) know about the thing? Did she not want the wish to be fulfilled? Was this because this would mean she could not marry the widower in case GS died?

Was anyone else aware of good sister's last wish? Was anyone else aware that bad sister had murdered good sister?

Did bad sister die before her sister's funeral? at the funeral? after the funeral? If so, how long after ... hours? days? weeks? months? years?

The last wish related to an item not made of metal, plastic, wood or stone? Animal, vegetable or mineral? Solid, liquid, gas? Paper? Money? Photograph?
