Among a group of over 90 doctors, none of them have ever been sued, but most are so bad at what they do that I want nothing to do with them. The one available at Cleveland area Giant Eagles, "Dr. Aahh", is particularly vile. a strangely detailed website about off-brand Dr Peppers Tim A. I see from the "non-degree" portion of that website that there is now also a "Mr. Aahh!" and a "Mr. Ahhh!" as well, both of which were spotted for sale in the same store.
