Is it relevant how she obtains the insulin? Are the people to whom she pretends to have diabetes the ones who supply her with the insulin? Or are there other relevant people to whom she pretends?

Is she trying to prove the point that it is not a whole lot of fun to inject yourself with insulin all the time? Or that even with all the medical advances that have been made, diabetics have a lower quality/quantity of life?

Are her opinions about drugs other than insulin relevant? Does she inject herself with insulin in public, and only after people express shock at this does she explain that the needle contained insulin, and she is diabetic?

Is her relevant political view left wing? or right wing? There are leftists & rightists on both sides of this issue. Probably most people opposing Electra are to the right of most people who agree with her. But plenty of leftists would support her. In fact, this is a true story--I'm Electra & I'm a leftist
