Ok, you had washed the jumper without taking the flower off, and then when you were hanging/folding/sorting the clothes post-wash you found the poor squooshed flower and realized you needed to find the pin before it damaged the seal on the washing machine (front-loading, presumably) or tore any other delicate fabrics or otherwise wreaked havoc? Was it (the flower) crushed during the wash (spin cycle)? By a mangle (don't think anyone even uses those anymore)? Pressed by a clothes press? | ||

I think that's enough for a ********** SPOILER ********************** I found the crushed flower - the poppy that had been pinned to a jumper - in the bottom of the washing machine. I still haven't found the pin, so I hope there isn't too much damage it can do in there! |
