By Barbara Johannessen Bailey (Rabrab) on Friday, November 18, 2005 - 02:33 am: {oh, all right. Twist my arm...} really meant to be just a gentle nudge, but thank you!!! Government forms relevant? no... much more lateral than that.... Multiple births? no, but interesting... Heavy drinking? not in the context of this puzzle.... |

Is rather confused. Why is Woubit spoiling the puzzle? I'm not seeing the answer... |

Well, Lewis said that it should be quick. And he has never lied to me before. But the puzzle won't be quick, unless someone spoils it quickly. And since he hasn't done so himself, I thought I had better do it for him. |

However, this is all for naught (excepting the entertainment value, of course...)... Although I did leave myself a lifeline by saying that this one should go quickly... |

Then with the spirit of this going quickly... Three of: a thing? (papers? toys? cars? biotics? abiotics?) an idea? (thought? invention? wave? words?) an action? (push? pull? change?) Did you do it? Someone else? Something else? Relevant? Was it done in modern day? Past? Future? Relevant? |

By Vae (Vaetrus) on Friday, November 18, 2005 - 06:13 pm: Then with the spirit of this going quickly... YAY! Three of: a thing? (papers? toys? cars? biotics? abiotics?) no an idea? (thought? invention? wave? words?) yesish an action? (push? pull? change?) no to noish but not directly relevant. Did you do it? yesish, FA Someone else? yope, FA continues Something else? no, FA continues Relevant? quite so Was it FA ALERT!!! done FA ALERT!!! in modern day? laeftr--see above Past? Future? yope to both!!! Relevant? not earth-shatteringly so |

Ok, to address the seemingly large FA here... Btw, what does laeftr stand for? Did one person do it? Multiple people? Multiple things? Did you mostly do it? Mostly others? "It" is to make triplicates? |

laeftr = left as (an) exercise for the reader Are we in fact talking about something done in triplicate? or something that exists in triplicate? |

I'm going to make a random stab at it, based on the yope to past/present/future... Scrooge and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Christmas yet to Come? |

By Vae (Vaetrus) on Friday, November 18, 2005 - 06:33 pm: Ok, to address the seemingly large FA here... good idea... Did one person doFA it? yesish Multiple people? no Multiple things? no Did you mostly doFA it? yope--this is actually a rather good question, but I cannot be more than cryptic in response, unfortunately... Mostly others? no "It" is to make triplicates? no---good idea though! By John Morahan (Wunderland) on Friday, November 18, 2005 - 06:41 pm: Are we in fact talking about something done in triplicate? not really or something that exists in triplicate? This is the closest so far, and eliminates the large FA. However, there is a slight FA in this which should easily be addressed by rereading the above postings. GOOD WORK! Scrooge and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Christmas yet to Come? not this... but I think we're starting to get somewhere... |

Are there three identical copies of this person who exists "in triplicate"? Are there three actual human beings involved? or three fictitious human beings? |

Is it some combination, then? Two actual and one fictious? Two fictitious and one actual? Or is it one person? With multiple mainfestations? Dissociative disorders relevant? Other types of alter-egos relevant? Does it have anything to do with the fact that Buffy the Vampire Slayer is on 3x/day on Sky? |

By Mosquito (Mosquito) on Tuesday, November 22, 2005 - 02:16 am: Is it some combination, then? no to yopeish Two actual and one fictious? Two fictitious and one actual? my first impression is yope, but may mislead Or is it one person? YES! With multiple mainfestations? Dissociative disorders relevant? Other types of alter-egos relevant? none of the rest, however... Does it have anything to do with the fact that Buffy the Vampire Slayer is on 3x/day on Sky? no, but nice lateral thinking... |
