I'd never really considered whether it was possible before. It amused me to see that it is.

Not sure if this really qualifies as an LP, but it's an interesting little fact. If you're sad like me

Hola, Ms...er, Mrs. Katy, how're you?

Just to get it out of the way, all pronouns as expected (it=it etc.)?

Is "it" a saying/cliche? A story/fable/tale?

Patting your head and rubbing your tummy at the same time? (I can do that - and I'm sad)

Hola, Ms...er, Mrs. Katy, how're you? Fine thanks, it's nice to be back! How are you?

Just to get it out of the way, all pronouns as expected (it=it etc.)? Yes, except the second "it amused me" is just used in place of "I was amused". No clever pronoun trick involved here

Is "it" a saying/cliche? No A story/fable/tale? Sort of. Kind of an urban legend but.....

Oh, you know. About the same, I guess. Still goofy after all these years...

Is it a physical act? Did you see it in person? On TV? In a movie? In a video? Read about it?

Was it amusing because it's unlikely? Strange? Because you wouldn't've expected someone to try to do it? For that matter, is it done by a person?

The "it" involved...

Performed by a person? an animal? a plant? a mineral? A star? some other spacial matter?

Something we might see on the Discovery channel? Sci fi? Travel channel? The Learning Channel? ABC? NBC? CNN? FOX? Animal Planet?

I can circle my hands in opposite directions! :P

Can people not do it because of their height? skill? speed? mental discipline? allergies? perserverance? will power?
Another physical attribute? environmental attribute? mental attribute?

Is it something someone would do, but not intentionally?
Is it something that just happens to someone? due to some external factor?

Is it not something a person does? But a thing? An animal? Or people do?

And for that:
Can the trick not be done because of:
height? discipline? perserverance?
skill? will power? speed?
an environmental attribute?
mental attribute?
physical attribute?

Is it something someone would do, but not intentionally? Exactly
Is it something that just happens to someone? due to some external factor? YES!! Although you have some influence over it it's mainly external

mental attribute?

It had just never occurred to me that it could or would happen. And if similarly it hadn't occurred to anyone else then it maybe wouldn't!!

Can I just specify - it happens to a person X. Although they have a little influence, it's person (or people) Y who do somethings intentionally and cause it to happen to X.

I hope it isn't only me who finds this odd!

Hmmm...sounds like the government might be involved...or a large corporation...something like receiving a credit card or tax bill for a pet/deceased spouse?

Which puts me in a mind of a friend who was recently widowed and needed to sort out her late husband's bank account. "We can only speak to the account holder" they kept repeating. "What part of dead don't you understand?"

HINT: computers are involved - as they almost always are in my puzzles!

is it possible to insert a fruit roll-up snack into a disk drive? :O (hence the title) I know, irrelevant except in that it displays my particularly off-the-wall sense of humor

Malware relevant? I don't even know what that is! I guess it's a blanket term for viruses, spyware... etc? If so, no.

occupation relevant? age? Well that's the thing. I may be surprised or amused, everyone else may just say "So what?". Which is why I'm a bit worried about this puzzle! Good idea to question why, but gender, occupation etc not really relevant...just depends on whether you think in the same way as I do!
