is he glad that she smokes then just because this means she has to take smoking breaks? when she takes a break does she do something else that actually makes him glad? does she, for instance, buy something from him? is she his client? he hers? does she, during her smoking breaks, stop doing something and it is the stopping of this thing that makes him glad? do they encounter each other? between smoking breaks? during smoking breaks? when she takes a break does she move away from him? towards him? does this puzzle refer to one particular instance when she took a break? did she help him during this instance? and she wouldn't have been there if she hadn't been a smoker? |

Does he get to see her more often because she smokes? Does he enjoy seeing her? Does he get some benefit from seeing her? Is it relevant where this takes place? Is her profession relevant? Is she at work when she takes smoking breaks? Does she work in a hospital? Hotel? |

Ok, I know some of these have been asked, but to figure out her role in the courtroom, is she: An attorney? Defense attorney? Prosecuting attorney? Judge? Juror? Witness? Victim? Plaintiff? Defendant? Baliff? Legal secretary? Audience member (if thats what you'd call it)? Same questions for him. Is it relevant what case is being held in court when they are there? Is it relevant whether it is a civil or criminal case? If so, is it civil? Criminal? |

I don't know much about civil trials, since they don't occur on "Law & Order" If so, is it civil? see previous answer Criminal?see previous answer but one |

Is he happy about one particular smoke break she takes? Does she discover/realize something about the defendant when she goes outside? Does she discover/realize something about the case when she goes outside? If so, could she realize it if she was outside, but not smoking? |

Is any other person relevant to this scenario? Does he gain some benefit from her smoking? From her taking smoke breaks? Does he percieve some benefit that doesn't necessarily exist from her smoking? From the smoke breaks? Does her smoking lead to recesses being called for that wouldn't otherwise be called? Relevant? Relevant how often the smoke breaks occur? How long they last?
quote:is he glad that she smokes then just because this means she has to take smoking breaks? yesish
Is there another aspect of her smoking that is relevant? Another aspect about the smoke breaks? Or is the ish because the smoke breaks allow for something else to happen (which perhaps is what ultimately makes him glad)? Does anyone else take smoke breaks with her? Relevant? |

Were the jury undecided on a verdict the outcome of the trialwhich could have been unfavourable for the man, and due to the nature of the crime it required a unanimous decision? Did the woman make her decision based on the fact that she needed a smoke, rather than whether she thought him guilty or ot? Was the oucome of her decision favouable to the man? |

This could get a bit confusing now but; Did the jury on the whole before her input find him guilty? Not Guilty? Did her decision cause an early end to the trial? or the trial to be continued? |

Did she vote not guilty resulting in a hung jury? Which could be good or bad for him depending on the retrial, hence the yope? Is he glad that she smokes because had she not wanted a smoke break she might have stayed longer debating the verdict and they might have convinced her to vote guilty? |
