A rulebreaker is a game where you try to find a pattern or rule in my answers to your questions. My answers according to the rule will be in bold. Your guesses about what the rule is should be formatted in italics in order to distinguish them from questions that are supposed to be answered according to the rule. Only direct guesses at the rule are allowed (i.e. it's not possible to ask Yes/No-questions about what the rule is; clues about the rule should instead be gathered by posing normal "rule-answered" questions in some thoughtful way.) My comments that are not according to the rule will be in bold and italics (like this long comment which you just read). What's a rulebreaker? See above. Wink wink nod nod. Somnambulate? Ohoy! But since your question wasn't in italics I've answered it according to the rule too, blatantly disregarding your talk about your honest intentions. ;) By the way: this rulebreaker is pretty lame and not especially lateral. You might consider spending your energy on asking some questions on my other puzzle instead ("The Profundities of a Fuzzy Weltanschauung") It's not a rulebreaker but just a normal puzzle. HINT: The pattern cannot be seen in a single answer. Neither, as you know by now, do answers in any way depend on the questions asked. Instead, the pattern can only be seen in the sequence of several consecutive riddles. Just to clarify: If you read the last letter of each consecutive answer, you will, repeatedly, get this message: "No stawraedy, my rat Nemele!" which, as I'm sure you all know, is the answer to questions such as "I don't know how you do it, Sherlock!", or "How can there be a system in this?" And that's as much of a SPOILER as you will get. FAQ: What's a "stawraedy"? It's what you get when you put an ydearwats upside down. I'm completely disappointed in myself, since the first thing I did when I first looked at this puzzle was to look at the last letters of each word!! But I never thought of reading bottom to top! Argh! |
