He caught Malaria? He crashed his car whilst whilst the insect was bothering him at the wheel? (or similar?) Is it a more elaborate scenario than the pervious suggestions? A string of events initiated by an incident with a mosquitoe? |

Wondering about the FA when you were asked about murder. Was he killed by another human being? Or by a non-human animal? Perhaps the mosquito bit a nearby rottweiler who then got peeved and bit him to death? Or perhaps it was a case of manslaughter? |

The mosquito bit a rat, then got rabies from it's blood, then bit a dog and it transfered rabies and the dog bit the guy and the guy died of rabies? That was one long sentance... |

So another person was bitten by a mozzie, yes and killed our hero? yes, but I wouldn't really call him a hero Was the other person driving a car? no Was the other person operating some sort of machinery? no Was the other person trying to swat the mozzie? no, but swatting is relevant The mosquito bit a rat, then got rabies from it's blood, then bit a dog and it transfered rabies and the dog bit the guy and the guy died of rabies? no, no dog involve, but yes, a sequence of events building up from a mosquito bite to this man's death |

Did the victim accidently swat someone else while trying to kill the mozzie and the person reacted by killing him? I think that's close enough for a SPOILER This is a true story in the news recently in an Asian country. A man slapped an acquaintance about a bout of drinking, claiming that he was swatting a mosquito on the sleeping man's face. The man woke up furious, and called a few "brothers" to beat up the swatter. The police came and found that the "brothers" were in possession of firearms at the time. I kind of embellished it a little to have the swatter die in the puzzle. Good job to Peter365. Thanks for playing this quickie. |
