Every day, a "friend" tries to incite someone to commit a crime.

The third puzzle with a similar title this week, and the second one that I've hosted. Hopefully the concept hasn't worn off yet... :-)

Heheh... Real world? same concept as the last one?
(I hope not!)

Crime: defacing something, public nuisance? is it punishable for jail?

All humans? Adults? If so, gender relevant?

Any of these relevant;
location?
era?

Heheh... Real world? yes same concept as the last one? Only in the obvious way in regards to the similar puzzle statements. This puzzle doesn't involve insulting the Queen, or indeed any ceremonial head of state.
(I hope not!)

Crime: defacing something, yes public nuisance? this would be involved - but an offender wouldn't be charged with it is it punishable for jail? potentially, yes

All humans? yes Adults? no If so, gender relevant? no

Any of these relevant;
location? no-ish
era? there's a certain period before which this scenario couldn't happen, yes

Is this related to:
product or service commercials? no
terrorist organizations? no
scam? no

Let me recycle one of these lists, which of the following crimes are involved:
pickpocketing? stealing?
burglary? black market?
murder? assault?
accidental killing?
smuggling?
traitor? deserter?
kidnapping? arson?
destroying property?
poacher? disrupting the peace?
Other?

Speaking of the era, did this happen after Christ? after the year 500? 1000? 1300? 1500? 1600? 1700? 1800? 1900? 1950? 1970? 1980? 1990? 2000?
Is there some object involved that was invented before this time? or did a relevant historical event happen before?
So the first person is the friend, is he one person? human? male? adult?
Is the someone always the same person? or does it refer to several persons?

defacing something that would be kept indoors? or an outdoors object? outside of a building? a walkway? a statue? a piece of paper? arghh - terribly sorry.

**** BLOOPER ****
Defacing has nothing to do with the crime in question. Oops...

Let me recycle one of these lists, which of the following crimes are involved:
pickpocketing? stealing?
burglary? black market?
murder? assault?
accidental killing?
smuggling?
traitor? deserter?
kidnapping? arson?
destroying property?
poacher? disrupting the peace?
Other? as remarkable as it may seem, it is an "other"

Speaking of the era, did this happen after Christ? after the year 500? 1000? 1300? 1500? 1600? 1700? 1800? 1900? this one 1950? 1970? 1980? 1990? 2000?
Is there some object involved that was invented before this time? no - it was invented around this time - thus why this couldn't have happened before or did a relevant historical event happen before? no
So the first person is the friend, is he one person? no human? male? adult? multiple human adults of both genders
Is the someone always the same person? or does it refer to several persons? several / many people

Is the object invented something related to: communication? transport (a vehicle?)? manufacturing?
Does this happen: in one place? in several places? in one country? in several countries? all over the world?
And does it happen: exactly once a day? roughly once a day? several times a day?
Do these events happen independently? or is there a connection (say Peter incites Paul and then Paul incites Jane)?

Does this happen: in one place? one place that I noticed - could possibly be in other places too in several places? in one country? in several countries? all over the world?

The vehicle: car? motorbike? bike? train? plane? ship?
So the "friends" are underaged? and the someones as well?

So a "friend" incites underaged to drive a car? Do they actually drive?
Has more to be found out about the cars? where they drive? about the underaged?
Is the incitement made: spoken? written? in a conversation? via the media? via another communication form?
Is the occupation of the friend relevant?

Should we find the reason why the "friends" want them to drive underaged? Do the "friends" want to be driven somewhere? Is this to do with drink-driving (eg the friends have been having a night out and are too drunk to drive home safely, so they get their underaged friends to drive them home?)

Is the instruction printed with ink? Is it handwritten? Typed? Is it on a sign of some kind? Printed on fabric? Wood? Metal?
So the friends ask the underage people to drive a car, but don't actually want them to do it, correct?
In the puzzle statement the word friend is in quotes...is this because anyone who wants you to commit a crime can't be your friend? Or are they not really friends with the people they ask to drive? Are they friends in the normal sense of the word (ie close acquaintances)?

If yesish to slow...then slower? slowly? slowing? slowed?
Does it say "please drive slowly" as part of the sign? Or "Please drive..."?
Would it be directly telling the person who read it to drive? Or more indirect (eg take turns driving - tiredness kills)?
Is the other thing connected to the thing about speed? Or is it completely different safety advice? Does this part also contain the word "drive"?

Like in this Blonde joke(So sorry if there are any blondes in this forum)

A blonde came running into a police department
"Police, Police! There's something wrong with that sign down the street!!"
Policeman:"OK, tell me whats wrong."
Blonde: "The sign says,"Slow children ahead" but it has a picture of a child running on it"
