If he had been driving his own car, would he still have crashed it? If he had stolen a different car? Is there something relevant about the car which resulted in him crashing it? (eg, he was used to an automatic and it was manual) Did he crash it into a stationary object? another car? a pedestrian? Was the thing he crashed into on the road? | ||
