After turning it back and forwards for half an hour, he was eventually happy.

Based on a true story...

did "he" turn it back and forwards? and it was a 30 minute action?
if so, by himself?
was he happy just after the half hour mark?
did he "turn it over" in his mind?

was "turning it" an action of manipulating something with his hands?
did it swivel? slide? move? rise? rotate? dial? flip?

is inside a house a normal location for the item?
does it sit on the floor? hang on the wall?

are windows relevant? doors? outside walls?

was he aware that the turning could make him happy?
would he have been able to satisfy himself turning it back and forth with his eyes closed?
