Bah has a successful business. Hundreds of people come to Bah, pay their money and climb aboard. They always thank the attendants and disembark in the same place they boarded, but no no is upset about this. |

Is there anyone of relevance on the plane when they board it? The fee they pay to board...is it more than $10? more than $100? more than $1000? |

********** SPOILER ************ Bahadur Chand Gupta bought an old Airbus 300 and now offers weekly sessions in Delhi in which any of the 1 billion Indians who have never flown before can sit on a genuine (though disabled) airliner, listen to pilot announcements ("We are about to begin our descent into Delhi"), and be served by flight attendants. Said one customer (who paid the equivalent of about $4), "I see planes passing all day long over my roof. I had to try out the experience." [The Times (London), 9-30-07] Well done Lporter. Geez, these puzzles are getting solved before I can get any q's in! This is a good puzzle. There's a guy in the USA who is doing something similar, he started with the mostly empty hulk of an old passenger plane and is scouring the world to get replacement parts in hopes of one day rebuilding it and possibly flying it. He has allowed TV crews to tour it as well as aviation enthusiasts, but it's now basically a gutted fuselage with wings attached (maybe I just spoiled a puzzle for someone else). |
