[Khaled] Taxi Driver

Was he a known insurance scammer? And wanted the ticket to have a case against the pedestrians? Was it because the pedestrians were not in the crosswalk? And so it was there fault they were bumped into? Was the taxi driver actually driving a taxi? Or had he also been a pedestrian? or otherwise not driving a motor vehicle?
