People of a certain time? Of a certain region? A certain culture? A certain profession? To eat (almost) daily? Not that often but still quite frequently? Only at certain occasions? About something these people didn't eat at all? Not as often/much as one would expect? |

Did the people in question not eat the food in question because: - it hadn't been introduced into their part of the world yet (e.g. potatoes in Europe pre-1492)? - it is a manmade product that hadn't been invented yet? - it is a product of human agriculture that hadn't been bred into existence yet? - the people didn't realize that it was edible? - they were forbidden to eat it by some religious or cultural law? |

So these egg-laying legless animals did not exist in Europe in some previous period? or did exist only in some parts of Europe? Do they exist now in Europe? Have they been brought to Europe by humans? Are they extinct now? Do they live only in zoos? Could these animals (perhaps not in exact biological taxonomy, but from their shape) be classified as worms? slow-worms, maybe? or snails? slugs? |

Well, if it weren't for Sundowner's lateral leap, it might have taken longer. The first I heard about the Diet of Worms was in my 11th grade history class, wherein I was taught what it actually was. Of course, I no longer remember what it actually was, but I do remember that it has a silly-sounding name. Similarly for Count Camillo Cavour. |

I think the Diet of Worms had something to do with the Reformation, but, like Sam Cooke, I don't know much about history. |
