Relevant who was ringing? If the phone hadn't rung, would she have jumped? The yope: she didn't particularly expect a call, but was not surprised when she got one, correct? | ||

************************SPOILER Exactly! Which makes this the second puzzle of mine in a row that Galfisk has spoiled. Nice. A first-time jumper, she suddenly freezes up upon getting in the air. She can't jump. She can't even look at the ground below. Her friend promises that after jumping, he'll call her to prove that he lived through the jump and so can she. She doesn't even have to pick up the phone; the ringtone tells her that it is him calling, and therefore that he must have made it. So she gathers up her courage and jumps! | ||
