I have done something that many others wish that they could do, and those who attempted it died. There is another who greatly exceeded my accomplishments, and was even unoficially given my namesake, but ultimately, his achievement is less impressive. Who am I, and what did I do? |

Is height involved? No Is the specific plant relevant? Well, sort of, but you don't necessarily need to know what it is to solve the puzzle. General type would be good though. Flower? Tree? This one |

Methuselah! Hooray! ************SPOILER*********** I am Methuselah, the grandfather of Noah of the Bible, and the man with the longest recorded lifespan of 969 years. Many have tried to live a long life, but of course, have died before they have reached my lifespan. They named a bristlecone pine, found in the White Mountains of California, after me. This pine is the oldest known living (and non-clonal) organism in the world, clocking at 4,841 years old. Impressive, but still not as impressive as a human living until nearly 1000 years! A quick one, but it was fun! For me, anyway. |
