Is it a typical E-Bm-C#m-A progression (or whatever key it actually is, just transposed)? it's not I-v-vi-IV, it's vi-IV-I-V, but this is close enough **********SPOILER********** The three clues all lead to songs: -a vacant expression -- "Poker Face" -a human -- "One of Us" -an old boulder -- "Rock of Ages" All three songs have the same chord progression in the chorus, known as the pop-punk or "sensitive female" chord progression. Congrats to Balin for the solve, Tortie for a couple of lateral leaps, and Kaylee and Fandres for ... stuff. :P My other puzzle (the rulebreaker) is still open, so check it out! |
