Penny (H/A/F) wins a free t-shirt. It fits perfectly and it's good quality. Nevertheless, a few days later Penny wishes she hadn't won it. |

If the prize had not been a T-shirt would Penny have minded? Is there a slogan on the T-shirt? Any writing? Does it lead to an embarrassing scenario (ex. she's fat and the shirt says WIDE LOAD)? Does Penny ever wear the shirt? Is that why she wishes that? |

Was she simply annoyed that she won a prize, period? Was it a first/second/whatnot prize? Or just a general prize? Does she wish she won a different prize? |

When I was a child, I always loathed the fact that T was the only letter in the alphabet that should be the designation of a type of shirt. "If T, then all the other letters in the alphabet too" went my line of reasoning. On the other hand, I couldn't really imagine what good an Æ-shirt would be to anyone. (Æ is the 27th letter of the Norwegian alphabet.) Did she participate in a lottery? Did she buy a ticket? Was it all organised by some charity or the like? Did she win (or come in 2nd, 3rd or the like) a contest (running, jumping, being a bore etc.), and the T-shirt was the prize? |

Did she win it in a reffle? A drawing of some sort? Was Penny wanted by the police? And winning brought attention to her (maybe her photo was published?) and she was arrested? |

Are the people giving her the t-shirt relevant? If someone else had won the t-shirt, would they have regretted it? Did she get in trouble? Get hurt? Did she get to keep the t-shirt? |

Unpaid parking tickets? Unpaid speeding/other driving violation tickets? Is it relevant who did ring her doorbell? If so, is it some governmental agency? The FBI? The CIA? The Secret Service? (Or their equivalents in whatever country Penny lives in, on which subject is that relevant and if so [LTPF list of countries]?) Or the tax collector? Immigration agency? DEA? Or is it some criminal agency? The Mafia? A gang? Or is it some random person who Penny owes money to who wants her to pay it back? Or is it some company who Penny owes money to? And her bill is overdue yet she doesn't pay it? The phone company? The credit card company? The TV company? Is it relevant how she found out she won the T-Shirt? Did she see an ad from it in the place from the people she owes money to? I know that sounds confusing, but in other words, did she get a phone call on the telephone she hasn't paid for, or see a TV ad on the cable she hasn't paid the bill for, etc? |

Had she actually violated a law? not sure if there's a law... A regulation? probably this Was she subject to arrest? Litigation? Imprisonment? A fine? a fine Unpaid parking tickets? Unpaid speeding/other driving violation tickets? Is it relevant who did ring her doorbell? yes If so, is it some governmental agency? The FBI? The CIA? The Secret Service? (Or their equivalents in whatever country Penny lives in, on which subject is that relevant and if so [LTPF list of countries]? not really relevant, assume North America or Europe) Or the tax collector? Immigration agency? DEA? Or is it some criminal agency? The Mafia? A gang? Or is it some random person who Penny owes money to who wants her to pay it back? Or is it some company who Penny owes money to? yes! And her bill is overdue yet she doesn't pay it? The phone company? The credit card company? The TV company? yes Is it relevant how she found out she won the T-Shirt? Did she see an ad from it in the place from the people she owes money to? YES! I know that sounds confusing, but in other words, did she get a phone call on the telephone she hasn't paid for, or see a TV ad on the cable she hasn't paid the bill for, etc? All unanswered questions are no, but that's not relevant because we have enough for a ********SPOILER******** Penny watches pay-tv with a patched receiver, i.e. a receiver that uses fake keys to get access to certain channels. The clever TV company then broadcasts an ad that promises free t-shirts for the first 500 callers. Penny called them and won a t-shirt. Little did she now that it was a trap: The ad was only visible for people who use patched receivers. So some days later, the company knocks on her door and she has to pay a fine. Thanks for playing! Nice work everyone, especially Shez and Gregory (: |
