Sheila is waiting for something to arrive at her house. She doesn't know when it will arrive, but when it does, it will affect her ability to participate in something she enjoys. What's going on? Note: I expect this one to go quickly. Early guesses are welcome on this post...no need to email. |

Sheila: H? A? F? Something she enjoys: at home? Requiring a prop? A computer? The LTPF? |

Will it affect her ability: positively? Negatively? Will it take up some of her time otherwise devoted to participation? Does she look forward to receiving it? Will it arrive in the mail? By courier? From the air? Through wires? In a package? Is it a physical object? |

Is someone delivering food? pizza? cheeseburgers? I would love for someone to deliver a pizza today. And heh, me and my cheeseburgers. ~.^ Though the last time any were 'delivered', a friend picked some up for the two of us and we ate at my house. My mom has brought cheeseburgers home many a time since then, but she lives here so I don't count that. Hehe. |

Is it a substance? A weather phenomenon? A storm? Or flood? Or season? Will it arrive by a force of nature? By a machine? By human hands? Relevant where it comes from? Did she cause it to arrive? Is it alive? Is it a baby? An animal? A person? |

Is it a substance? A weather phenomenon? A storm? Or flood? Or season? Will it arrive by a force of nature? you could say that By a machine? By human hands? Relevant where it comes from? yes Did she cause it to arrive? she certainly had a part in it! Is it alive? Is it a baby? yes An animal? A person? yes Sheila = Noel? yes ***SPOILER*** Ahem, yeah. So we're expecting our first child any time now. I'm 8 days from my official due date. I know I already haven't been on LTPF the last few months as much as usual, for other various time-related reasons, but if I disappear entirely for a little while as we adjust, you know why. |

Congrats! If you hang around until my "Rated GP" puzzle is solved, you may get some ideas on what to name - or not to name - the baby. But I suppose you've already decided on that. Take it from me: The first child never arrives on the due date. also the second, etc. |

Thanks everyone. Soli - don't worry, I'm not going to stress out if he's late. I've kind of assumed he would be all along, for some reason. But we'll see. The only reason it would be cool if he came on his actual due date is that it's also my grandma's birthday, but otherwise it doesn't really matter to me one way or another. We have a name we're mostly set on, but we haven't told anyone in case we change our minds. My husband and I aren't very good at making decisions. =) |

just do not name him cheezburgur. *teasing grin* Then everyone would want to haz him. ~.^ *cough* Anyway, now that I've got that out of the way. =D Or if you make it to Christmas, you could name him Pere...for Pere Noel...hehehe...okay, no. And yes, I know accents go in there somewhere. Kaylee's computer hates accents. *pokes it* (And I know Pere Noel means Father Christmas, obviously.) =D How about woubit? That's original. =D Mostly. Congrats, again! |

Congratulations!! My sister and I were both 2 days late. So don't worry about being exactly on the due date, as we both turned out normal. (Well, I have over 15,000 posts on this site, so my normality is certainly in question.) |

Haha, cheezburger. Thanks for the advice, I'll be sure to cross that one off the list ;) Can you do accents on this forum? I really wanted to include one in Kaylee's current Versponse yesterday, but couldn't figure out how. I was either 8 or 10 days late (my mom can't remember which of two dates was the actual due date), but my husband was 5 weeks early. We're quite relieved that the baby didn't take after my husband in that regard! |

Yay, an LTPF baby! And starring in a puzzle before even leaving the womb -- he's good! I was about 3 weeks early, but I was still almost 9 lbs... my mom was okay with me being a bit early given that :-) Oh, and there's this:
