There is a certain question which, if asked in the LTPF Forum in the context of a relevant puzzle, would produce an answer of "yope". It would be interesting if it came up, but I doubt it would, so I am creating a relevant puzzle to force it to come up. What is the question? |

The reason you don't think it will come up - is it related to a specific topic, which is unlikely to come up? Or is it a question about itself-type of question? Like the "this sentence is a lie" - "is the above sentence true?" - kind of paradox? Does it involve any kind of paradox at all? |

Is the question, itself, unlikely to be asked in the context of ANY puzzle? or just in the type of puzzle that would result in a "yope"? (I'm thinking, for instance, that there are some scenarios that would give yope answers to basic questions like HAM? , for instance, if a prehistoric hominid were involved, or an animal which is a hermaphrodite) |

Is the question, itself, unlikely to be asked in the context of ANY puzzle? Well, any one that wasn't deliberately trying to invoke it. or just in the type of puzzle that would result in a "yope"? (I'm thinking, for instance, that there are some scenarios that would give yope answers to basic questions like HAM? , for instance, if a prehistoric hominid were involved, or an animal which is a hermaphrodite) No, OTWT To be or not to be? that IS the question lol no |

the question will be of the nature: how? what? why? why not? how much? how many? when? where? will/shall? did? had? is? has/have? |

how? what? why? why not? how much? how many? when? where? will/shall? did? had? is? has/have? "Has/have ..." and presumably the logical follow-up would be "if so, which". |

hint: the title is laterally relevant, but the puzzle can be solved without knowing its significance. |

Will the answer always be "yope"? no matter what the exact context is? "Yope" as in "depends on your point of view"? "one could argue that it's yes, but one could also argue that it's no"? Is any of the following interpretations of "23" relevant? "23 enigma"? Illuminati? Michael Jordan? |

Will the answer always be "yope"? no matter what the exact context is? FA - it really could only come up in one context "Yope" as in "depends on your point of view"? "one could argue that it's yes, but one could also argue that it's no"? None of these really. More like a "reword it slightly and it would be yes". Is any of the following interpretations of "23" relevant? "23 enigma"? Illuminati? Michael Jordan? None of these |

Is the letter W relevant (23rd letter)? An athlete associated with #23? No to both. OTWT. PS: I have two other puzzles open. Ask on those too. |

So the number 23 three is laterally related. Is this because you posted the puzzle on the 23'rd of the month? |

Is there only one question we could ask you right now that would get you this yope answer? Would it help to find out the relevant puzzle? |

Is there only one question we could ask you right now that would get you this yope answer? I'm confused.... There are questions related to the puzzle that could get a "yope". Indeed, at this stage in the puzzle, you probably wouldn't ask the question. Would it help to find out the relevant puzzle? No specific puzzle is relevant, but it could have come up in some with a certain theme. |

So the question is one that we would use to determine basics? Such as HAM? no, very OTWT. it would be a factual question that could only come up in a puzzle on a certain topic. There's a hint, I think. |

We have no posts on this in 2 weeks, so ***SPOILER*** Well, maybe this wasn't a good puzzle. in a puzzle about US presidential elections, someone might ask if a state has always voted for the Democratic candidate. the answer is "yope" since DC has but they are not a state. Check out my new puzzle, which hopefully is more active. |
