Doriana has it! *******************SPOILER*********************** Marsha 'fired' John as her patient, perhaps because he made a racist or sexist remark, perhaps because he persistently acted AMA (against medical advice). The reason is not really relevant. The clinic for which I work has a standard "fireleter" format, just needing the details filled in. It's usually used only as a last resort, but it is available. |
