So, in childhood you had an opinion. Then the event happened that made you abruptly stop having that opinion. And today you have the same opinion.
Is that correct so far?
Did an event happen recently and cause you to return to the opinion?

Sorry about the MLK reference, probably means nothing in England, but does the 'free at last' apply, so many graduating students say that without any understanding of the future.

RECAP:
Throughout my childhood, until I left school, I had a particular opinion. After leaving school and starting university, I no longer held this opinion. Now that I am (temporarily) out of university and teaching in a school, I hold the opinion again.

The opinion is very slightly related to free time.

HINT:
The relevant opinion could be expressed as 'x makes me happy'. Think about how most children feel about school!

Yep, this is enough for a spoiler I think!

*****SPOILER*****
When I was at school, I found snow really exciting because it often meant I got a day off school. Then when I went to university, it wasn't so exciting - I could skip classes whenever I wanted anyway without getting into trouble, and snow was inconvenient and stopped me getting around. But now that I'm teaching, a snow day is exciting once more, because it's a day off work!

Thanks everyone who joined in & Galfisk for the solve!
