[RedWine] Stamped.

Postby RedWine » Mon Jun 06, 2016 7:58 am

There is a quite specific stamp in my workplace. When it is correctly stamped, its content is false. But it is quite important stamp anyway.

Does it have one word? Two? More? Is the text misleading? Is it meant to be misleading?

Does it say "Not stamped"? "Stamp missing"? Is the text untrue when stamped onto something? Is it untrue when read backwards off of the stamp itself? Postage stamps relevant?

Does it say "Not stamped"? No, but this is the general concept. "Stamp missing"? No.
Is the text untrue when stamped onto something? Yes. Is it untrue when read backwards off of the stamp itself? No, but excellent thought. Postage stamps relevant? No.

Does it say that the stamped document is blank? Has no writing? Is missing something? Is missing a stamp? Does it refer to another stamp?

Is it a "This page intentionally left blank" stamp or something similar? And of course once the page has been stamped, it is no longer blank?

Balin:

Is it a "This page intentionally left blank" stamp or something similar? And of course once the page has been stamped, it is no longer blank? Yes, indeed.

*****************SPOILER********************
We have a "Blank page" stamp. We use it when we authenticate documents that have some pages blank. It is to make sure that noone would print or write anything on the document after it is authenticated.

Thanks for playing and patience.
