Something bad that happened to you? Someone else? Did/does it affect multiple people in its badness? Would most people consider this bad? Morally bad? Problematic? Annoying? Painful? Dangerous?

Feel slightly better, physically? Mentally? Emotionally? Were you feeling sick/bad/injured and now are slightly improved? Or are you slightly better than normal?

Were you sick with a particular illness? Cold, flu, other? Relevant?

And you are now feeling better mentally? Did some result of your sickness (bedrest for example) lead you to doing some kind of intellectual work that made you happier? Like writing, reading, working on something?

Relevant which particular movie? No (if you want to, you can try to find out which one it is, but I suspect that might be going the long way around). or just the subject? No, but explore.

Is it set in the future? on Earth? another planet? outer space?
A character relevant?
Was it just watching the movie what made you better (as opposed to something _in_ the movie)? or something collateral to watching it (as your position while watching)?

Did you in fact hear the music prior to this? On the radio? On a CD/mp3? Online? In another movie? In the same movie? Did you realize something about the music?

Is the physical location you were in when you heard it relevant?

Did you realize you had HEARD (part of) the movie before? Did you realize someone else had seen/heard it before?

Did you realize you'd heard that particular music/song before? Is it relevant whether it had lyrics/was a song or if it was orchestral/some other form of composition?

Did you realize you'd heard that particular music/song before? No, but OTRT. Is it relevant whether it had lyrics/was a song or if it was orchestral/some other form of composition? This may be more likely to happen when the melody is without lyrics.

Were you trying to find a particular song but couldn't remember where it was from/where you had heard it?
And because there were no lyrics you could not "look them up"?
And if you weren't sick, you wouldn't be watching the movie in the first place, so you wouldn't figure out "oh THAT'S where that song is from!"

Would you have had the same emotional reaction if you were not sick?

***SPOILER***
Good work!
I was home and sick in bed. I felt like doing something, but nothing too taxing. So I decided to watch the first Terminator movie, which I hadn't seen in ages.
The melody that plays near the end is one that I've heard in my head occasionally, but I couldn't figure out where it came from, or how it sounded past a certain point.
Now I know where it came from, and I can imagine the whole melody if it gets into my head again. One less tiny annoyance.

I got back to work yesterday, after getting rid of the worst of this unpleasant cold. I'm still hoarse, but at least I have the energy and thinking power to be a computer technician again.
