(Grip) Dead Man 2

A man lies dead in his backyard. He has just been killed. His killer is known but is not arrested or even charged. What happened?

Is the killer HAM? Is the killer also dead? Did the killer mean to kill? Did the victim want to die? Is the victim H and A? Is the victim's death a crime? Can this killer kill again? Was it all an accident?

Did he suffer lead poisoning from the bullet? no, the bullet did kill him via impact but not fired into him which is the crux of the story...
