[RedWine] Walk of life.

Postby RedWine » Sat Feb 11, 2017 11:19 am

I hurried to look for it and was relieved not to find it. Minute later I found it and was happy about this.

I = RedWine. All "its" pertain to the same subject.

It: a vehicle? Animal? Manmade thing? Object? Were you afraid you'd be late for something?

Did you think it had gotten somewhere it was not supposed to? Had been injured? Died? Were you happy to see it safe, sound and obedient?

Did you look for it in a specific place? Just outdoors in general? Did you hurry because you found that it had gotten out without your permission/intention? Was it likely that it could've been injured or dead? Did you relevantly hear it before you found it?

Did you look for it in a specific place? Yes. Just outdoors in general? No, but... Did you hurry because you found that it had gotten out without your permission/intention? Yes, I discovered it was not at home. Was it likely that it could've been injured or dead? I thought so. Did you relevantly hear it before you found it? I did hear it, but I don't think it's of much relevance.

Is your back or front yard relevant? I don't have any and that may be relevant. If the place where I live was considered to have front and back yard, both would be relevant.

Were you relieved when you at first didn't find him or her because that would have meant something bad had happened? is a particular 'bad' place relevant?

Ah, so did you go outside to look in the area under the window you thought the cat had jumped out of instead of just looking from the window?

So, do we need to puzzle out next where you eventually found him or her?

Did you find it (can we have it's name?) in the woods somewhere? a forest? some other heavily treed area? had the cat climbed a tree?

So, do we need to puzzle out next where you eventually found him or her? Not necessarily so specifically, just the general of my rush to find my cat. Actually there is not much left.

Did you find it (can we have it's name? Sure, it's Rademenes and it's a he :-)) in the woods somewhere? No. a forest? No. some other heavily treed area? No. had the cat climbed a tree? No.

Did you find Rademenes stuck somewhere?

After you searched the area below the window to see if he fell, did you immediately start looking for him?

***********SPOILER**************
One day, after having arrived home from work, I opened the balcony door to let some fresh air into the flat. After that, I could not find my cat, Rademenes. I searched entire flat and when I did not find him I thought that he must have fallen through the balcony. I live on the 5th floor, so I rushed down to look for the cat, or at least traces of the fall, under the window. The entrance door to the building is located on the opposite side as balconies. I ran round the building. There was no cat and also no traces of the fall, what made me feel relief. I called the cat knowing that he'd have come to me had he been there. Reassured, I headed towards the entrance door to go back and search the flat again. By the door, I heard the "meow" and found my cat safe and sound by the entrance door. He must have gotten out of the flat when I came back from work and some of the neighbors must have let him out of the building.

Thanks for playing.
