[RedWine] Cold cold heart

Postby RedWine » Mon Feb 20, 2017 7:36 pm

Dennis enjoyed his meal in the kitchen when Caroline came, exchanged a few words with him, removed a piece of meat from the freezer and left the kitchen. When only she left, Dennis put the meat back to the freezer. Why?

Dennis = H/A/M? Caroline = H/A/F?

Are they related to each other? in a relationship? married? friends? roommates? colleagues?

Does this happen at their home? At their workplace?

Relevant what they talked about?

Was the meat meant for consumption? Was Caroline planning to prepare it? to eat it?

Is it more plausible that they're siblings? A parent and child?

Is this modern-day?

Did Dennis put the meat back to spite Caroline? To anger her? For her safety? For her benefit? Was he planning to make something else for her? Did he believe she wouldn't need the meat later?

Is a crime relevant? Death? Did they talk about: good? People? Objects? Feelings? Plans? Something in the past? Does he put the meat back in order to: preserve it? Sabotage her plans for it? Keep the place tidy? Mislead someone?

Was Dennis supposed to diet? Had Caroline caught him not complying to his diet?
Did Dennis put the meat back to make Caroline think she had only been dreaming?

**********SPOILER***********
Sleepy Caroline went into the kitchen late at night to take some meat out the fridge. She saw her son Dennis eating, expressed her disapprovement about this and announced that the fridge would be locked for nights from now on. Dennis noticed that she was very sleepy. When she left, he put the meat back to the freezer. Next morning he pretended that the whole situation was just the Caroline's dream.

Thanks for playing, especially congrats to LemonCurry for the solve.
