Border: between countries? Continents? Seas? Is it seen from the ISS? Geosynchronous orbit? The moon? Is it ancient? Modern? Is it caused by humans? Weather? Geology? Is it longer than a million breadboxes?

"big wall" = "this border"? If not, big wall = a wall that is not already build up but that Trump want to construct? Wall against immigrants from Mexico?

Are (or are going to be) the "big wall" and "this border" in the same nation? In the same continent?...
Border = a wall? The Chinese wall?
"this border is" = this border is so big as to be seen in the outer space? meaning that a men in orbit around the heart (or from the pictures of the satellites) the border can be seen? Is it a physical border? A metaphoric border? Is it on earth?

Are we speaking of a natural border then, like a river or lake? One following a natural feature such as a mountain range? Are the two countries visually distinct in some way?

Is it visible because things are done differently in the two countries? Is there a difference in vegetation? Buildings? Roads? Other civil engineering works? Agriculture? War relevant? Poverty? Affluence? Deforestation? Other environmental issues? Are animals involved?

Is it the border between the U.S. and Canada? Between two U.S. states?

Is it the border between the U.S. and Canada? YES Between two U.S. states?

===============================SPOILER================================
The US/Canada border, which can be seen on sattellite, follows the 49th parallel, with a few minor zigs and zags. It is highly visible because it is a 20-foot wide strip of barren land - in other words, because there is nothing there. So it is man-made, but not a structure. This also makes it easier to guard the border, and yes, it is guarded.
