Does "right," the first time, mean "correct"? Does it refer to the direction?
Same questions for the second instance of "right"?

H/A/F means a woman (human adult female)... so are both he's actually female? Or do you mean H/A/M (human adult male)?

So are all he's in the first statement Person 1? And are all he's in the second statement Person 2?

Well done GalFisk for the solution, and to Balin too, for what was - appropriately - a double act in solving.

************************************$$SPOILER*******************************

Eric Morecambe and Ernie Wise, two famous British comedians (now deceased) had a weekly TV show to which they would invite special guests. On one show, they had invited the famous conductor Andre Previn, who was to conduct an orchestra whilst Eric - who was actually a gifted pianist - played the piano. (It was the Grieg piano concerto). Each time it was tried, the orchestra played the introduction but when Eric came in, he played appallingly. Eventually Andre said "You're playing the wrong notes!" to which Eric replied, "I'm playing the RIGHT notes, but not necessarily in the right order!"
