Love the title!

Was it anything to do with religion, beds or mattresses? Relevant where the advert was? Did it have text on it? Objects? People? Outrage as in objection, anger, fury, controversy?

There are some other Internet groups where the phrase 'I know where you live' would make me nervous but our beloved LTPF is not one of them

Was it too graphic? Irreligious? No to both Offensive to a particular group of people, just one person, a few people, most people, I'd say this , but offended is such an emotive word, I'd say most people thought it was wrong. everybody? Relevant? Not overly so Was it the text or the graphics or both or neither which offended? Nothing inherent in the ad itself was offensive Relevant which newspaper it was? No Was it insulting or stereotyping Irish people? Begorrah twas not to be be sure Was the ad badly placed, such as being next to an article or another ad which caused the outrage? Exactly so Crime or the suggestion of crime relevant? Yes Stereotyping? No

My quickie prediction is about to be fulfilled

Time to wrap this up as you're all pretty much there....

*****************Spoilier***********************

A woman in her 30s was murdered recently in Dublin and police strongly suspect her ex husband. Her body was found in a wardrobe in a flat he was living in. When reporting the story an evening newspaper 'The Irish Herald' made this almighty faux pas, they blamed an editorial oversight. Let's hope that was the case and they weren't aiming for crass and cheap publicity.
