First the feet then the behind...and a bit sugar at the end.

By 'behind' do you mean bottom/bum? Or do you mean the location, e.g. 'behind the chair'?
By 'sugar at the end' do you mean 'at the last moment/the finish' or the location, e.g. 'at the end of the road'?
Feet = animal/human feet, or 'feet of the chair/table' e.g.?
Human, animal, inanimate object?

Sugar: the carbohydrate? Something sweet? A name for someone dear?
Powdered sugar? Granulated? Cubed? Molten? Caramelized? Dissolved in liquid? Partially dissolved? Is an excess of sugar relevant? Did someone slip and fall? Was something spilled?

Do the feet and behind belong to one person? Are they a real live person? HAM? Are they doing something? Eating something? Is something being done to them? Cleaning/washing involved?

Does the sugar go on them? On the behind? :)

Is a ritual of any kind involved here? A tradition? A game?

Baking relevant? Brewing? In the end: at the end of an object? On the person's behind? In the end of a period of time? Biding time=waiting while not doing anything; idling.

Is dough being made? Or something like it--flour/water/yeast? Is someone perhaps making something other than food out of it? If so, Play-Doh? A sculpture?
Is clay being made? Is clay being sculpted? Put into a kiln?

Is it wrapped around: other food? A stick? Itself? Other dough? A body part? Such as a finger? Is it turned into a particular shape? Such as a pretzel? Is the dough eaten by the maker? Is it sold? Is it heated by some method before it gets eaten? Is it meant to be eaten at all? If so, by humans?

Is it wrapped around: other food? A stick? Itself? thisish, anyway as I suggested above, it is not that useful to understand around which the dough is wrapped aroundOther dough? A body part? Such as a finger? Is it turned into a particular shape? this for sureSuch as a pretzel? Is the dough eaten by the maker?irr but not the dough I suppose Is it sold? could beIs it heated by some method before it gets eaten? what the dough? Could be but for sake of simplicity let's say noIs it meant to be eaten at all? If so, by humans?the dough no...but explore

$POILER...
This is nothing else but the history of pasta! First the dough of pasta was modelled with feet...as grapes to make wine...can you imagine?
Then it was hit with a dandelion to be modelled with hands and make it look like pasta! At the end (meaning before the actual way it is cooked) it was spiced with sugar...sorry for this italian inspired puzzle...anyway thanks everyone for playing and congrats for the solving!!
For further information on pasta's history check wikipedia...ps it was imported from Ottomans...actually...we italian did not really invent it...but we made it famous
