Do they watch it because they find it entertaining? Educational? Somewhat, but there is a more specific reason. Interesting? Exciting? Because they like her? Out of curiosity? Yope, no to rest.
Are they outside? No. In a public area? No. Is she being filmed? No.Photographed? No.Does she interact with them? Not relevantly.

from then onward there is usually a small group watching her = did she ask for it in order to perform the task better? No. Did she become famous because she has been filmed while doing the task? No. Does the task take minutes to be completed? This. Hours? Does she perform a show? This. A presentation? A slide show? No to rest.
Is the task per se intriguing? I'd say so, but not relevantly. Can the task be considered "preparation before the show"? Yes. Is Deborah famous? No. Can Deborah be helped in performing the task? No. Is it a task usually performed alone? Yes. Are there many others in the world doing the same thing as Deborah? Something similar, yes--her exact task, probably few.
Is Deborah HAF? Yes. Relevant? Not really. Is the task routine? For her, yes. Does she do always the same thing? Yes. Is the task performed before she has an audience? Yes. After? No. Can the task be considered a sort of show as well (e.g. she is a lyric singer warming up her voice)? Sort of, but she is not doing the same thing she does for an audience.
Audience = generic passers? People having payed a ticket? This. Does she perform on a stage? In the street? Either is possible. Are animals involved? Food? Magic show? Any of these could be in the same show. Theater? Yes. Music? Almost certainly. Airplanes? Dolphins? Probably not.
