A non-flat musical B? A flat musical other? If so: A? C? D? E? F? G? Is the octave relevant? The actual frequency? The instrument it's played on, if any? If so, is it played on a stringed instrument? Wind instrument? Electronic instrument? Is it measured? Recorded? Is there something wrong with it? Such as a recording being played back at an incorrect speed?

Is it not played? Not from an instrument? Is it the note a bee is buzzing with its wings? The high-pitched buzz bumblebees sometimes make when climbing around in a flower?

Relevant why they fight? Why they make the sound? When in the process of fighting they make this sound? Do both make the sound? Do they fight to the death? Is the sound a signal? If so, to the other queen? To workers?

Is the sound a sign that workers should do something? Stop doing something? Are both queens from the same hive? Is one queen trying to take over another's hive? Relevant what happens to the loser? The winner?

**************************$POILER*********************************************

When a bee colony is getting ready to swarm, the workers make queen cells and raise new queens. They generally make several. As the queens approach hatching, they will start 'piping' and 'quacking' A♭ notes, as a signal to the other virgin queens that they're willing to fight. When hatched, they also walk about on the comb piping. Fighting queens attempt to sting and bite each other, after which workers form a ball around the damaged loser to suffocate her. The fights continue until only one queen remains alive in the nest. (You can also see capped and uncapped brood in the picture).

Here's a video of Queens piping : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=95TT-prUK2g

Well done Galfisk for the solve.
