[klondike mary] still life

Postby klondike mary » Mon Oct 12, 2020 7:46 pm

Lisa's online catalog features nude models. It is not at all pornographic, and perfectly legitimate.
What is she selling, in general terms?

Are the models human? animals? If the latter, does she sell pet fashion?

Are the “models” inanimate objects?

I seriously doubt this is the answer but someone once reported a picture my mother posted of her parents’ house to facebook for nudity and in fairness the house was not wearing clothes.

Oh wait... Maybe they’re dolls?

Ok just to explore a little bit the option that they are actually nude human beings...do they have something depicted on their skin? Are they zoomed so that it is detailed a part of their body?

Aree they both HAM and HAF? Or maybe they are naked babies? Newborn babies?
Is the nudity necessary to show her product? Is she selling clothes? Does she features only naked models? Is making shower relevant? Health care relevant?

I seriously doubt this is the answer but someone once reported a picture my mother posted of her parents’ house to facebook for nudity and in fairness the house was not wearing clothes. You're kidding! Why didn't you post this as a puzzle?

Oh wait... Maybe they’re dolls? No, but explore.

IS she selling clothes for humans? Are scarecrow relevant? Puppets? snowmen? Is she selling clothes for virtual characters? nativity figurines?

Yope to female --> Can the inanimate objects be easily distinguished between female and male versions? Or we can call the "neutral" version? is the object typically only female?

The 'inanimate object' may be distinguishbly male or female, or 'neutral,' not even necessarily humanoid. But that is n.r. here.

clothes sold: underwear? t-shirt? various? Costumes? panties? jeans? bras? female clothing? trousers?

nude models --> completely nude right (in contrast with underwear but no bra or similar combinations)? Do these model advertise clothes as well? are they used as a comparison with other clothed versions? Are they used to detect/find a body part? To clarify how the clothing item has to be worn? Are the naked items turned (e.g. to show the bra's hook up...)?

are the humanoid objects: robots? skeletons?

clothes sold: underwear? t-shirt? Yes, among other things.various? Costumes? panties? jeans? bras? female clothing? trousers? Lisa is just getting started, and will expand her line later, no doubt. Right now it is mostly t-shirts and accessories. All outerwear.

nude models --> completely nude right Yessish - at least until she puts the t-shirt or other item on them.(in contrast with underwear but no bra or similar combinations)? Do these model advertise clothes as well? in the same sense that a live human model could be said to 'advertise' clothing.are they used as a comparison with other clothed versions? Are they used to detect/find a body part? To clarify how the clothing item has to be worn? Are the naked items turned (e.g. to show the bra's hook up...)? no or n.r. to all of these.

are the humanoid objects: robots? skeletons? No to both, but you are sort of, kinda, OTRT.

Sorry, “forms” as in dress forms/shirt forms. Like https://www.bagoutlet.ca/pinnable-femal ... XQQAvD_BwE
treborNo.

****************SPOILER**********************
Although Lisa uses dress forms to create her designs, she wanted to photograph them for the catalog on something a little more exciting - and with heads/limbs. But she wanted to do it on the cheap. So she went to the sculpture garden of a nearby museum and placed the garments on some of the statues - not all of which, of course, were nudes, or were even realistic - and then photographed them. This also fit in with the name of her business, which incorporated the word 'art.'
