Do they stand to financially benefit from its continued existence? No
Are their jobs related to it in any way? Tim's is only to a small degree, Sanders's is directly related
Are they relieved because the repair is an indication of something else? Yes
Like that the owner cares about the building, or has future plans for it? Future plans are relevant, yes
Are they more concerned about the town/area in which the restaurant is located? Yes, but this is directly related to the restaurant
Is Sanders Col. Sanders? No (this is a pure coincidence of name choice) Is he connected to the restaurant via work somehow? Yes, in a specific way (his job is related to the restaurant, but he does not work for the company and has no direct ties with it) Is Tim? No
