Doriana
Is she asked what's the furthest she has ever been from her hometown? No, good idea.
wunderland
Is she filling in a form that has a question about multiple places, with a checkbox for each place? (such as, "Which of the following places have you visited?") Yes, exactly.
Is there exactly one relevant question on the form? This is the only relevant question for the puzzle, yes.
If so, is she expected to check exactly one box for that question? or to check all boxes that apply? This.
If the latter, does she lie by checking a particular box? or by not checking a particular box? This.
If either of the above, does the particular box relate to: the Moon, as a whole? This. a specific location on the Moon? a location on Earth?
Is it a registration form for a website? Is the question meant as an anti-spam measure? If she answered correctly, would the form be rejected automatically by a computer? Yep!
*************************SPOILER
Cora is the first woman to walk on the moon (a feat which NASA says should it should be able to accomplish in 2024). She loves to talk about it with anyone who's curious. However, sometimes when she is filling out forms or surveys online, she encounters an issue.
Such forms commonly have a question to make sure the respondent is not a bot or someone spamming by answering randomly. One such question is, "Which of the following places have you visited?" The user can select Paris, New York, Perth, etc. with no problem, but if they select an answer like "the moon," they are kicked off. So unfortunately, Cora finds herself having to lie by omission!
