Is the reaction of the toilet patrons (I don't think I've used that phrase before) (neither have I) spontaneous? Yes Is it driven by genuine fear, disgust etc? Yes, fear
Is this an act of some sort? No Is there some pre-arrangement? No
Is the time of year relevant? No Is it connected to a particular season, holiday or event? No to all
Is there some relevant aspect to Rene or his friends that prompts this behaviour? Yes Do they perform any action that prompts this response (other than standard toilet activities?) Yes, but watch that parenthetical
Are Rene & co. ever cautioned or confronted about this? No Could they change circumstances so this doesn't happen? Not immediately, but Yes Are they even particularly bothered that this is going on? No
Would this happen at any bar? No Is something relevant happening at the local bar? No, and No to the next two An event? Renovations?
Are René and his friends scary in some way during those two weeks? No/Yope Are they dressed up? No
Is it relevant that they go every day? No
Relevant that it's ten seconds later? Somewhat Could this work with five seconds? Less likely, but possible Fifteen seconds? More likely
Are there renovations going on in the bar restrooms? No Elsewhere in the bar? No
Are they screaming because they're.... Scared? This Disgusted? Jubilant?

This isn't even the first time I've invoked the LTPF list of things you could do in a bathroom.... I don't remember the other time - I'm now a bit curious as to what it was
